What refrigeration equipment can you help with?
Commercial chillers, freezers, cold rooms, display refrigeration, controls, evaporators and condensing units. Emma can take breakdown, maintenance, installation, quotation, equipment and parts enquiries.
What details should I give Emma?
Tell Emma your business name, contact number, site address or Eircode, the affected equipment and what has happened. For a temperature problem, include the current temperature, the usual temperature and how long the problem has been happening, if known.
Does a 24/7 enquiry mean an engineer is already booked?
Emma can take enquiries at any time. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment; attendance, availability and any quotation need confirmation from R&S.
